These terms apply to purchases made by law enforcement agencies, government entities, military units, and authorized representatives (“Agency Buyers”) from CE Concepts.

By placing an agency or bulk order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

Agency pricing and special orders are available to:

• Federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies
• Military units
• Government agencies
• Authorized department purchasers

We reserve the right to verify credentials before approving orders.

2. Verification

We may require:

• Official agency email address
• Department purchase order
• Letterhead authorization
• Identification or credentials

Orders may be delayed until verification is complete.

3. Pricing & Quotes

• Agency pricing is provided by custom quote only unless stated otherwise
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless specified
• Pricing may change due to material or supplier costs

Bulk discounts are not guaranteed unless in writing.

4. Purchase Orders

We may accept official purchase orders at our discretion.

All POs must include:

• Billing information
• Shipping address
• Authorized signature
• Contact information

We reserve the right to decline POs.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment is due before production
• Net terms are not guaranteed
• Late payments may result in cancellation

Custom agency orders require full payment prior to production.

6. Production & Lead Times

Agency and custom orders require production time.

Estimated lead times:

• Standard orders: 7–14 business days
• Custom/bulk orders: 2–6 weeks

Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Custom & Branded Items

Custom agency items may include:

• Department logos
• Unit identifiers
• Specialized colors
• Custom layouts

Once approved, custom designs cannot be changed.

Custom items are non-refundable unless defective.

8. Returns & Refunds (Agency Orders)

Agency orders are final unless:

• Items are defective
• Incorrect items were shipped
• Damage occurred in transit

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

9. Resale & Redistribution

Agency-priced products may not be resold for profit without written permission from CE Concepts.

10. Limitation of Liability

CE Concepts is not responsible for:

• Operational use of products
• Training outcomes
• Policy compliance
• Agency-specific requirements

Products are provided “as-is” for intended use.

11. Confidentiality

Custom agency designs, pricing, and agreements may be confidential and may not be disclosed without permission.
