At CE Concepts LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality training products designed for professional use. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to make the return process fair and straightforward.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
• Show no signs of damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom or personalized products.
• Special-order items.
• Products modified at the customer's request.
• Digital products or downloadable content.
• Clearance or final sale items.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, CE Concepts LLC will determine whether the item qualifies for replacement, repair, or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We gladly exchange products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you ordered the wrong item or would like a different product, please contact us. Exchange requests are subject to product availability, and any price differences may apply.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was shipped.
• The item arrived damaged.
• The product is confirmed to be defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as CE Concepts LLC cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Orders may be canceled before they enter production or shipping.

Because many of our products are built, assembled, or prepared specifically for each order, cancellation requests submitted after production has begun may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for cancellation.

CE Concepts LLC warrants that products will be free from manufacturing defects upon delivery.

Damage resulting from:

• Improper use
• Abuse
• Unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidents
